Incorporating a Hong Kong company with Osome is a 100% online process with a few main steps:

Step 1. Get start

Visit https://osome.com/hk/company-registration and click "Get Started"

Step 2. Speak to a representative (Optional)

You can either move straight to checkout or choose to speak with a representative if you want more information first. If you decide to speak with someone, you will choose a date and time, enter your name, email, phone number, and any questions. A representative will contact you at the scheduled time to give you answers and guide you through the process.

Step 3. Answer a few questions

If you proceed immediately without talking to a representative, you will be prompted to answer a few questions, whether you have your own address or want to use Osome’s, and whether you want to use Osome for accounting. If you do, you'll need to select your expected revenue range so the right plan can be applied.

Step 4: Create an Osome account

Next, you will be prompted to create your Osome account by providing your full name, email, and phone number. Getting redirected to create an account and verify everything before you can see the full details and fee breakdown is a bit of a friction point. 

Step 5. Review the package & pick the add-ons

Then, review your package. If you selected the Essential package, you can also add a registered address at this stage. You also have the option to add on Osome accounting services. Notice that the accounting add-ons can inflate the total cost fast, as it is billed annually. 

Step 6. Make payment

Once you're ready, go to checkout. You will once again see the breakdown price of each service, plus any taxes and any discounts. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard®, Amex, or UnionPay credit or debit card. 

Step 7.  Provide your Information & sign online

After payment, a representative will contact you to collect business details such as your company name, business activities, share structure, and information about directors and shareholders. You will complete online ID verification for everyone involved.

Osome will prepare your Company Constitution, Articles of Association, and the incorporation application. You will review and sign everything digitally.
