When does my billing start?

Your monthly fee will be billed on the first working day of each month.
If you join our plans during the first two weeks of the month, the full monthly fee will be billed.
If you join our plans during the last two weeks of the month, 50% of our monthly fee will be charged.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Of course! You can request a plan change at any time under your profile settings. The change will be effective on the first day of the following month.

What are my payment options?

Your monthly fee will be deducted from your Statrys account balance. If you do not have enough funds, you will receive a notification email to top up your account.

Why do the transaction fees vary from one plan to another?

We have a bottom-line cost to maintain each client account. This cost greatly varies depending on the way you use your account. And so, we have designed different plans with different transactions fees based on ways clients use their account.
To support the SMEs and start-ups community doing business internationally, we are cutting our margin on transaction fees.
